Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with W & G 2023 Travel Co. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure unless stated otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and bank transfers, cash is not accepted.

2. Prices and Fees

• All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
• Prices include only the items listed in the booking confirmation.
• Additional service fees may apply for changes, cancellations, and customized price quotes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your invoice.
• Refunds (if any) are subject to supplier policies and may take 6–8 weeks to process.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to force majeure or supplier issues.

4. Changes and Modifications

• Changes requested after booking may be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Name changes, date changes, or destination changes may incur supplier penalties.

5. Responsibility and Liability

• W & G 2023 Travel Co. acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
• We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third-party provider or act of nature.
• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand the insurance policy coverage.

7. Health and Entry Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for checking and complying with health, vaccination, visa, and entry requirements for each destination.
• Entry denial due to non-compliance is not the responsibility of W&G 2023 Travel Co.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest.

9. Agency Role

• We act solely as an agent for the travel services booked and are not responsible for acts or omissions of the service providers.
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the actual providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines).

10. Privacy and Data Use

• We collect and use personal information solely to process bookings and provide travel services.
• Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy: https://www2.inteletravel.com/privacy.

11. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guadalupe County, Texas.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming a booking with W & G 2023 Travel Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
